Executive education

Teaching the executives who make the decisions

More than 500 senior executives a year across leading institutions. The goal is not awareness. It is helping leaders make better decisions on sustainability, AI, value creation and transformation.

Sustainable Value Creation at CEDEP

From urgency to impact. A three-month blended programme at CEDEP, Fontainebleau, for leaders ready to move beyond compliance and run sustainability as a driver of growth and transformation.

Despite bold pledges, most sustainability efforts fail to deliver meaningful impact. The programme exists to close that gap — combining science, policy frameworks, systems thinking and AI-powered tools so participants leave with the strategic mindset and the practical means to act.

The learning journey is built on the Sustainability Compass, the AI-powered diagnostic that gives each participant a read on their own organisation’s maturity, strategic opportunities and transformation pathways — so the work concentrates on the levers that actually matter.

  • Engage with ESG and regulatory risk with confidence
  • Move from values to value creation
  • Navigate a complex system and find the opportunities inside it
  • Lead change from the inside out
  • Turn real sustainability challenges into actionable projects
The format

Three months, blended

A pre-journey coaching session, a virtual kick-off, four days on campus at Fontainebleau, two webinars and online action learning labs.

Where he teaches

Six institutions, one through-line

These are not unrelated teaching engagements. Each institution brings the same recurring strategic problem to the same body of work — and the role each one gives me says more than the logo does.

It cultivates leaders who integrate environmental, social and governance principles into core business strategy, through data-driven education and collaboration that fosters critical thinking, creativity and ethical decision-making.
